| The Optimum Group is headed up by Paul Cawley, a member of the Life Insurance industry for more than 20 years, and a Fellow of the LIA by diploma, since 1996. Paul cut his teeth in the business working both here and in the UK, moving to senior management level with a number of the leading Life companies including Irish Life, Scottish Legal and Canada Life. Paul is a fully qualified, bonded auctioneer with extensive experience in the local property market. Paul is also a member of FOPDAC, the Federation of Overseas Property Developers, Agents and Consultants, a professional organisation that self regulates those involved in the advice and execution of overseas property. Paul is the main contact within the group for anyone looking at overseas property including those with holiday and investment potential. | Sean Ross is the Chairman of The Optimum Group. Sean is a fully bonded and Licensed Auctioneer and Valuer. Sean heads up the Auctioneering division and is responsible for the networking of our Agents and Property Consultants throughout the country. He brings with him to The Optimum Group, a wealth of experience from the Board Room to the ordinary consumer. He has exceptional Management skills, both for dealing with people and Business Demands, and looks forward to meeting you in the near future. | |

| Gerry Rowland, a native of Co. Mayo brings a vast amount of local knowledge to our ever expanding auctioneering firm. Gerry is a fully bonded and licensed auctioneer and valuer, and brings with him a huge amount of experience and technical know-how having spent the last couple of years working for one of the largest real estate firms in Ireland. Gerry joins Optimum Auctioneers & Valuers as managing partner of our Ballina office, as having seen the vast potential the Group has to offer, he feels his experience and vast amount of contacts can only prove a winning combination.
